Tastefully Simple~Artichoke & Spinach Chicken Pasta

Have you heard of Tastefully Simple? If you haven’t, you are missing out!! You know all those parties women like to have, pampered chef, Mary Kay, Tupperware. Well Tastefully Simple does that too, except you get to eat food through the whole party! Amazing right?! I’ve never known someone to go to a Tastefully Simple party and not love it. Best thing about TS is all of the mixes & seasonings require 2 ingredients or less! So after you try all these amazing seasonings, dips and recipes you buy your faves. Then you start learning about all the different ways you can use it! Some of the variation of recipes do require more ingredients but still a lot less than cooking from scratch. The artichoke & spinach warm dip mix is sooo good as a regular dip. But I needed a full meal tonight, so I got on tastefullysimple.com and went to the “recipe” section where you can pick your product and it shows you tons of recipes that include that product! I love pasta so I tried the Artichoke & Spinach Chicken recipe. The original recipe says you can use it on top of pasta, rice or baked potato. And I think it would be amazing on all three!

The original recipe is cooked in a crockpot, but I didn’t have time so I turned it into a skillet recipe!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Packet Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach warm dip mix

1 (8oz) Cream Cheese, cubed

4-6 Chicken Tenders

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

2 Teaspoons Tastefully Simple Magic Chicken seasoning



Start by boiling your water for your pasta.

Toss Chicken in olive oil, 1 Teaspoon black pepper & 2 Teaspoons Magic Chicken

Cook chicken in skillet until done, cube and set aside.

Put cream cheese, chicken broth, and artichoke spinach mix in a sauce pan on medium heat.

Stir occasionally til the cream cheese is melted.

Once the cream cheese is melted, add in chicken and Swiss cheese.

Your noodles should be al dente by this time, drain noddles and you can now top your noodles with the sauce.

I don’t mix the whole batch together. I put noodles in my bowl, then top with sauce. This way I get a good noodle/sauce ratio!

If pasta isn’t your thing, put this on your favorite rice or on top of a baked potato!
