If you are looking for healthy dinner options,this is for you! Have something that’s better for you, but still tastes amazing! This recipe is really easy to make and very fast! Here’s a list of what you’ll need!
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup melted butter
6 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon onion powder
1/4 Teaspoon celery salt
4-6 Tilapia Filets
First preheat your broiler and make sure your top rack is 3-5 inches from the broiler.
Line broiling pan with aluminum foil. If you don’t have a broiling pan, you can use a shallow baking sheet, just make sure it can withstand high heats.
In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except fish.
Arrange filets in a single layer and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Flip filets and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Take out and cover with sauce.
Put back in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is browned.
You want your fish to easily flake apart with a fork. Take out and enjoy! We made a side of Cheesy Garlic Asparagus that I made in the air fryer but could be made in the oven as well.
